Wayne works with many local, national and international firms as a sales and leadership trainer, consultant and speaker, and has a reputation for getting measurable, specific results. This dedication to results means that over 95% of his business comes from referrals and repeat business.

Following a successful career as a salesman and sales manager, he founded The Achievement Centre in 1984, a centre dedicated to sales and leadership development. The Achievement Centre International now has principals across Canada, the US, Puerto Rico and the Middle East. He also owns Callright Marketing Services, a professional call centre that does market surveys, customer surveys, lead generation, direct sales and database development work. Callright specializes in the newspaper industry and is one of the foremost suppliers for newspapers across Canada.

Wayne is a regular columnist for a number of business magazines and has published over 200 articles on sales, management and entrepreneurship. Wayne is the author of the bestselling book Pure Selling and the ACCISS Sales Course, an internationally distributed program available in English and French. He is currently working on a new book on Business Transition for business owners planning to sell their business. It is due to be published in 2009.

Wayne still makes time to be active in his community. He is the past president of the Kiwanis Club of Elmira, a founding director in the Waterloo Region Dragon Boat Festival and a former member of the board for Junior Achievement.

Wayne is married to Dawna, his partner for over 33 years and has two wonderful adult children.
